Peggy Collins-Gibson

Purposes to Prosperity Consulting was established in 2004 by CEO and founder Peggy Collins-Gibson. Peggy has developed many years of business, project management and leadership experience. In the corporate world she led teams of fifty or more people, operating under budgets of several million dollars. Peggy was one of the pioneers who introduced and assisted with implementation of a "Performance Management" program for all levels of management and their employees at SaskTel, a 4000 employee company in Saskatchewan. This program contributed to turning the corporate culture into an award winning productive and positive workplace. (SaskTel has been awarded Canada's Top 100 Employers every year since 1999).

 

Peggy is a certified trainer of "The Leadership Challenge," the most trusted source for becoming a better leader. As well, as a certified trainer of the Grief Recovery Method, Peggy is able to assist those  experiencing loss (of any kind), to find emotional freedom. She also offers an array of consulting, coaching and speaking services. Peggy is a graduate of Peak Potentials Training - Quantum Leap Program. One of Peggy's strengths is educational development and facilitation. She is a graduate of StFx University with a Diploma in Adult Education and has recently developed an exciting new training program called "Creating Healthy Boundaries."

 

Peggy also writes and publishes books, corporate materials and training programs. She co-published "Never Give Up - Ted Jaleta's Inspiring Story." This book became a Canadian best seller and has won three prestigious awards in the North American book industry. Next Peggy published and co-authored another book, "The Smiling Mask - Truths about Postpartum Depression and Parenthood." This book has also received several awards.

 

Writing professional business plans has been part of Peggy's work for several years. She assists international entrepreneurs to integrate successfully into our Saskatchewan business culture through guidance and services. These entrepreneurs are using the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program to resettle in Canada.
