
Peggy Collins-Gibson has developed over 30 years of business, project management, publishing and leadership coaching experience. In the corporate world she led teams as large as fifty people operating under budgets of several million dollars. Peggy was one of the pioneers who introduced and assisted with implementation of a "Performance Management" program for all levels of leadership and their employees at SaskTel, a 4000 employee company in Saskatchewan. This program contributed to turning the corporate culture into an award winning productive and positive workplace. (SaskTel has been awarded Canada's Top 100 Employers several years in a row.)
Peggy is a certified teacher of "Leadership Challenge," leadership training she incorporates with her "Leading with Style" concepts. She also offers an array of coaching, consulting and speaking services.
Peggy also writes and publishes books. She co-published "Never Give Up - Ted Jaleta's Inspiring Story." This book is a Canadian best seller and has won three prestigious awards in the North American book industry. In 2008, Peggy published and co-authored her second book, "The Smiling Mask - Truths about Postpartum Depression and Parenthood." Nearly two thousand copies have been sold and awards achieved. Several other book publishing projects are currently underway.
